| ~Flying C Farms Terms for Selling Foals, Horses and Ponies~ Our foals, horses and ponies are sold to the best of our knowledge sound and in good physical health. Any known illness or injury are disclosed to the buyer. A pre purchase examination is recommended & welcome. Flying C Farms will haul the foal, horse or pony to our licensed veterinarian free of charge to have pre purchase exam, coggins drawn and health certificate written for transportation outside the state of Idaho in which is the financial responsibility of the buyer. Flying C Farms foals, horses and ponies are up to date on all shots, worming and hoof care. New born foals are given Vitamin A & D, Vitamin E~SE, 5 month old weanling's, older horses and ponies get their 6 Way, Potomac, Strangles and West Nile Vaccines. 25% of the purchase price is required to hold any foal, horse or pony offered for sale. The 25% will be applied as the down payment and is non~refundable unless the foal, horse or pony is injured beyond its ability to perform or dies. However, if you decide you do not want the foal, horse or pony your down payment can be applied to any other foal, horse or pony we offer for sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer for all transportation and costs incurred. Foals, horses and ponies are live animals and problems can occur quickly, Flying C Farms will not guarantee or warranty the foal, horse or pony after the transfer of ownership and/or leaving the farm. All extra costs {i.e. feed, farrier work, medications, veterinarian fees, vitamin and mineral supplements, etc} will be the responsibility of the buyer once the contract is signed. Weanling foals will be kept until 4 months of age of year foaled with no boarding fees. After the 4th month board fees will apply. Older horses and ponies will be kept for 30 days from date deposit is received, after the 30th day period boarding fees will apply at a rate of $250.00 per month. This is to give buyers time to make shipping arrangements. Board fees are due on a monthly basis. If board fees are not kept current, the sale of the foal, horse or pony may be canceled. Board fees are non~refundable in the event the sale is cancelled due to buyer not keeping board fees current. Board fees will not be refunded if buyer decides against buying foal, horse or pony. We keep all foals, horses and ponies until they have been paid for in full. Registered foals, horses and ponies will come with their original registration certificate and signed transfer. All foals, horses and ponies will also come with a brand inspection and/or bill of sale. We recommend the foal, horse or pony be picked up as soon as it is paid for in full, or should be insured. We reserve the right to change these terms of selling foals, horses and ponies at any time and any contract between us will be in writing and signed by both parties. Flying C Farms states this, but is not limited to what we offer in the sale.
